When To Arrive
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in, using the restroom, picking out the colors for your nails.
Late Arrival Policy
In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. The regular service price will apply.
For Your Protection
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.
Nail services– For your safety we cannot use your personal tools. We can only guarantee that our implements are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We also cannot guarantee the longevity and quality of polish other than our own.
Communicating Your Suggestions And/Or Preferences
We welcome your constructive feedback! You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or speak with us in person. It is our goal to exceed your expectations.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us ample time to schedule another client. Please provide 72 hours notice for group cancellations.
Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. First time, no show clients will be asked to reserve their future appointment with a credit card.
